Ingredients
- 3 lbs checken wings (~16)
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T chili sauce
- 1 T dry sherry
- 1/2 c honey
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t minced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
Cut the wings at the joints and discard the tips. Wash and pat dry. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered in marinade at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
