Ingredients
- cooked spaghetti (enough to half fill a 9" pie plate)
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan
- ~1 1/2 c cottage cheese
- ~1 1/2 - 2 c leftover thick spaghetti sauce
- ~1/2 - 1 c grated cheddar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9" pie plate.
Mix the spaghetti with the melted butter, egg, and Parmesan. Form into a "crust" in the pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over the pasta. Spread spaghetti sauce over the cottage cheese. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sauce. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
