Ingredients
- 2 T butter, softened (or melted if preferred)
- 2 T prepared horseradish
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t fresh ground black pepper
- 1/8 t paprika
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except paprika; brush over corn. Sprinkle with paprika.
