Ingredients
- 15 oz canned chunk chicken, drained
- 11 oz Mexican style corn, drained
- 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 oz green chilies
- 16 oz mild salsa
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper (or more if desired)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/2 c crushed corn chips (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except corn chips in a pot, Dutch oven, or large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Serve with crushed corn chips as a topping.
