Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned chunk chicken, drained
  • 11 oz Mexican style corn, drained
  • 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz green chilies
  • 16 oz mild salsa
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper (or more if desired)
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c crushed corn chips (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except corn chips in a pot, Dutch oven, or large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Serve with crushed corn chips as a topping.
