Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin or loin roast
  • 12 oz root beer
  • 18 oz favorite barbecue sauce
  • 8 hamburger buns

Preparation

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and shreds easily, 6-7 hours.

Drain well. Shred the pork. Stir in the barbecue sauce. Serve on hamburger buns.
