Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c sifted flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c Heath English toffee bits
- 1/4 c coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Combine and sift flour, soda, and the salt. Cream the butter. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in the dry ingredients; blend in the chopped candy bars and pecans. Drop tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from baking sheets to cool.
