Ingredients

  • 2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
  • 1 c peppermint candies, unwrapped

Preparation

Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place chips in a large glass bowl. Microwave at 60% power for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat, stirring until smooth.

Place candies in a quart-size resealable plastic bag. Place bag inside a gallon-size resealable bag. Crush with a meat mallot or heavy saucepan.

Fold half the crushed candies into the melted chocolate. Pour onto the prepared pan, spreading almost to the edge of the pan. Sprinkle top with remaining crushed candies. refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Break apart into bite-size pieces.
