Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c toasted pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 1/3 c all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 10 T unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together the pecans, flour, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the melted butter over the top and use a spatula to stir everything together until well combined. Store the streusel in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in a freezer-safe bag in the freezer for up to 1 month.
