Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 jumbo eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425.
Generously grease popover cups. Add flour and salt to the milk. Whisk until well blended. Do not overbeat. Add eggs one at a time, beating in each until completely blended. Pour into cups (3/4 full). Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce to 325 and continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
