Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 3/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 t parsley
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 1 t pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and let marinade for a while.
