* 1/3 c water
* 2 c sliced celery
* 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
* 1/2 c sour cream
* 1/2 t rosemary
* 1/4 t salt
* garlic salt
* 1 T chopped pimentos
* 1/4 c slivered, toasted almonds

=== Preparation ===
Boil water.  Add celery, cover, cook 8 minutes.  Add peas, return to boil.  Cover, cook 2-3 minutes.  Drain.  Combine sour cream, rosemary, salt, garlic salt; mix well.  Toss veggies with pimentos.

Place in serving bowl.  Top with sour cream mixture.
