Ingredients
- 1 med (1 - 1 1/4 lb) butternut or buttercup squash
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced in wedges
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t mace
Preparation
Arrange squash in sprayed 12x8" baking pan. Top with apple wedges. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples and squash.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes; until very tender.
