Ingredients

  • 1 lb farfalle (or other dry pasta)
  • 12 oz canned chunk salmon (boneless), drained
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the directions. Drain the pasta, reserving ~1 cup of pasta water.

Add the evaporated milk, cheese, garlic powder, and salmon. Cook on low heat until sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through. Season to taste.
