Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 9 cloves garlic
- pepper
- 4 T unsalted butter
- 1/8 c half-and-half
- 1/8 c sour cream
Preparation
Peel potatoes and 8 cloves garlic. Boil. When tender, drain and mash with garlic. Mince remaining garlic clove and stir in with butter, half-and-half, and sour cream. Season to taste.
