Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, scrubbed, with tops and bottoms trimmed
- 1 c unsweetened orange juice
- 2 T cold water
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Preparation
