Especially good with Blueberry Pie.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c margarine/butter
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c flour
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Beat together the first three ingredients. Cut in the flour.
Press the dough into a pie pan and bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
