Ingredients

  • 1 oval of Appetizer Flatbread
  • 2 T bottled barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 T chopped green sweet pepper
  • 2 T shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Spread the barbecue sauce on the dough. Top with the chicken and sweet pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over all.

Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until flatbread is golden.
