Ingredients
- 1 oval of Appetizer Flatbread
- 2 T bottled barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 T chopped green sweet pepper
- 2 T shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
Spread the barbecue sauce on the dough. Top with the chicken and sweet pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over all.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until flatbread is golden.
