Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c margarine
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c flour

Icing

  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t milk or cream
  • 1/2 c crushed peanuts

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients until creamy. Add flour; mix well. Bake 10-15 minutes in a large cake pan. Spread icing on while still hot.
