Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 1/2 c flour
Icing
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t milk or cream
- 1/2 c crushed peanuts
Preparation
Mix first five ingredients until creamy. Add flour; mix well. Bake 20-25 minutes in a greased 9x13 cake pan. Spread icing on while still hot.
