Ingredients

  • 1 med (1 - 1 1/4 lb) butternut or buttercup squash
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced in wedges
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t mace

Preparation

Arrange squash in sprayed 12x8" baking pan. Top with apple wedges. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples and squash.

Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes; until very tender.
