Ingredients

  • 1/3 c water
  • 2 c sliced celery
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 t rosemary
  • 1/4 t salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 T chopped pimentos
  • 1/4 c slivered, toasted almonds

Preparation

Boil water. Add celery, cover, cook 8 minutes. Add peas, return to boil. Cover, cook 2-3 minutes. Drain. Combine sour cream, rosemary, salt, garlic salt; mix well. Toss veggies with pimentos.

Place in serving bowl. Top with sour cream mixture.
