Ingredients
- 1 single pie crust
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 c oatmeal
- ~4 1/2 c peeled, sliced apples
Preparation
Combine the butter, sugar, flour and oatmeal in a bowl with a pastry cutter until small crumbles.
Roll out dough. Lay the crust in a 9" deep pie dish. Fill with sliced apples. Top with crumbled topping.
To freeze the pie, wrap a sheet of wax paper and foil over the pie and place in the freezer.
