Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c + 2 T sugar
  • 4 1/2 oz almond paste, grated on the coarse side of a box grater

Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar and almond paste together in a bowl just before using.
