Ingredients
- 3 c riced potatoes
- 2 T lard
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1 c flour
Preparation
Mix the first three ingredients together while potatoes are hot; refrigerate.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the cold potatoes.
Never work with more than 3 c. potatoes at one time.
5# potatoes makes ~24 lefse.
