Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes - peeled, diced, and chopped
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 1/3 c chopped green pepper
- 2/3 t sugar
- 3 T cooking sherry
- 2 c V8 tomato juice
- 3/4 c french dressing
- 1 3/4 T green onions or chives
- 1 t paprika
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 3/4 c finely chopped cucumber
- croutons([optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the croutons and chill several hours before serving. Sprinkle with croutons on top of each bowl.
