Excellent with blue cheese and pears, like the Pear Gorgonzola Pecan Salad.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 3 T pure maple syrup
- 12 Candied Pecans
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
Preparation
Combine all in ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend for 10 seconds. If you don't have either device, finely chop the pecans and then whisk all the ingredients together to combine.
The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
