Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 t salt
- dash pepper
- 2-3 c grated cheese (cheddar, provolone, swiss, ... whatever)
- 2 1/2 c hot milk
- 1 qt cubed bread
Preparation
Beat the eggs until they are lemon-colored. Add the salt, pepper and cheese and mix well. Add the milk and bread and mix well. Pour into a greased 7x11 baking pan. Bake 30 minutes, or until set. Top with chopped parsley just before serving.
