Ingredients

  • 2 cans oysters
  • 2 - 2 1/2 c milk (preferably 1% or thicker)
  • 3-4 T (salted) butter

Preparation

Chop the oysters while in the can; preserve the liquid.

Milk into a pan with a chunk of butter, when the butter is melted add the oysters (with liquid) into the pan. Do not let it boil.
