Ingredients
- 2 c mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 t dried green onion (1 T fresh)
- 1 t seasoned salt
- butter
Preparation
Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, cheese, onion and seasoned salt. Blend well, spoon into 1-qt casserole dish. Dot with butter, bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
