Ingredients
- 1 c margarine/butter
- 3 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/3 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- 4 t ginger
- 1/2 t cloves
- 2/3 c water
- 2 c canned pumpkin
- 1 c craisins (optional)
Preparation
Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin and water. Beat well. Pour into 3 well-greased 8x4 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
