Ingredients
- 1 lb medium asparagus
- 2 T olive oil
- salt, to taste
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced in slivers lengthwise
- 6 T shredded Parmesan
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°. Wash and trim asparagus. Oil cookie sheet and put asparagus on sheet, all pointing in the same direction. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with slivered garlic. Roll around so all are oiled. Season to taste and top with Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes, shaking pan once or twice.
