Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 cinnamon stick
- star anis (for garnish)
Preparation
Put everything in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a low ball glass and add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with star anis.
