Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c cooked rice
- 1/2 c feta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c chopped parsley or basil
- 1/4 c raisins
- 1/4 t salt
- 8 large leaves Swiss Chard
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Wash and dry leaves; remove stems. Chop stems coarsely. Saute onion and stems in oil; mix all ingredients except leaves. Place 2 T filling on underside of each leaf, 1/3 of way from bottom. Fold over sides; roll into square packet. Place seam-side down in oiled casserole, cover, bake 30 minutes. Bake any extra filling.
