Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c + 2 T water
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T molasses
  • 2 T butter
  • 3 3/4 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 T dry milk
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1 1/2 T gluten
  • 1 T active dry yeast

Preparation

Combine wet ingredients in the bread machine. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients; pour over the wet ingredients in the bread machine. Bake using whole wheat setting and light crust.
