Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c shredded zucchini
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 T Bisquick
- 3 T Parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 1 T oil
Preparation
Combine all but oil. Heat oil in skillet, drop batter by 1/4 c and flatten. Fry until golden brown.
